All payments made to Soul to Soul Counselling are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Individual sessions
- Workshops, retreats, and masterclasses
- Online courses and digital products
- Any other service or program offered
We do not provide refunds for cancellations, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction with services once the payment has been processed.
2. Transfers and Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we aim to be as accommodating as possible:
- Individual Sessions: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Workshops, Retreats, and Events: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual with prior approval or apply your payment as credit toward a future event (valid for 6 months). Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event.
3. Exceptions to the Policy
We do not grant exceptions to the no-refund policy for:
- Non-attendance or missed sessions/events
- Dissatisfaction with services after participation
- Technical difficulties on the participant’s end during online sessions or events
For digital products or online courses, refunds are not provided under any circumstances once access has been granted.
4. Technical Issues and Online Events
We are not responsible for technical issues participants may encounter during online sessions, workshops, or courses. These include but are not limited to:
- Poor internet connectivity
- Incompatible software or hardware
- Personal device failures
Participants are encouraged to test their systems before the event and ensure a stable internet connection.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your registration or access to services.
- Payment plans, if offered, are subject to specific terms, and failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in forfeiture of fees and access to services.
6. Cancellation Policy
If an event or session is canceled by Soul to Soul Counselling due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
- A rescheduled date for the event or session
- Credit toward a future service or program
No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property and Digital Products
By purchasing or accessing any online courses, digital materials, or downloadable content, you agree that these materials are non-refundable and for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing these materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or registering for any service, event, or program with Soul to Soul Counselling, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund policy.
- You are responsible for ensuring your availability, technical readiness, and participation in any booked service or event.
- Payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
